Turning Everyday Purchases into Game-Changing Impact
At FanPact, we believe fandom is power—and we’re here to prove it. Our platform transforms routine shopping into a powerful force for change in college sports. By redirecting a portion of everyday purchases toward Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collectives, we help fans support their teams, student-athletes unlock their potential, and schools strengthen their athletic programs—all without asking for a dime in donations.
Our Mission
Empower fans. Elevate athletes. Reinvent NIL.
FanPact exists to democratize NIL participation by enabling fans to contribute through what they already do—shop. We build the bridge between consumer loyalty and athlete opportunity, redefining what it means to be part of a college sports community.
How FanPact Works
Shop Everyday Items through FanPact - Tech, Home Goods, Health, and More.
Support your Favorite Team or Player - Select where a Portion of your Purchase goes.
Track NIL contributions and impact through Transparent Dashboards.
What Sets Us Apart
First-Party Consumer Data

Dual Revenue Model
We combine e-commerce and analytics licensing to create diversified, scalable income streams.
Decentralized Execution
Each university operates through a school-specific LLC led by student officers, supported by a centralized tech backend.
Meet the Founders
A duo of builders, strategists, and sports fanatics with deep roots in business development, collegiate partnerships, and digital platforms. Together, they envisioned a platform where NIL support isn’t limited to donors—but accessible to every fan.
Michael McMillan – Founder & CEO, FanPact, Inc.
Michael McMillan is a United States veteran and seasoned startup entrepreneur with a proven record of building and scaling innovative ventures across sports, technology, and consumer engagement. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FanPact, an NIL eCommerce platform transforming how college sports fans support student-athletes and athletic departments.
Under Mr. McMillan’s leadership, FanPact is pioneering a first-of-its-kind model that turns everyday fan purchases into compliant NIL and athletic revenue — bridging eCommerce, data analytics, and collegiate partnerships through strategic collaboration with Learfield and major NCAA institutions.
Before founding FanPact, Mr. McMillan launched and advised multiple early-stage ventures, focusing on scalable consumer platforms, university partnerships, and socially responsible growth strategies. His background as a U.S. military veteran informs his disciplined, mission-driven approach to entrepreneurship and leadership.
Mr. McMillan’s work at FanPact reflects his broader vision: to build technology that empowers communities, drives sustainable funding models in collegiate athletics, and expands opportunity for all student-athletes — not just those in revenue sports.

In addition to his work in fitness technology, Joe leads the development of a growing portfolio of niche industry news and resource platforms. His ventures integrate AI-driven content curation, community engagement, and data-enhanced insights to help founders and operators navigate fast-changing markets.
